Zumba with Laura F Gives Free Class Demo on Friday, Sept. 13

Join the Zumba party in Waltham on Friday, Sept. 13 from 6-7 PM and participate in a free Zumba demo class with Laura, a certified Zumba instructor and owner of Zumba with Laura F.

Laura incorporates into her Zumba classes many styles of dance to make each class a party. She notes, "When you come to my Zumba classes, I want you to leave sweaty and with a smile on your face."
