For more than 12 years the Plugged In Teen Band Program has been teaching young musicians from MetroWest and Boston how to rock and roll with heart.

Plugged In Teen Band Program is a nonprofit organization dedicated to showing young musicians, ages 8-18, how to make positive social change with their music. Plugged In provides students with music instruction, songwriting workshops, and access to dozens of community performances all with a focus on social responsibility. Additionally, more than 350 students participate in the production of 3 annual benefit concerts at which Plugged In musicians perform to raise awareness and support for charitable organizations chosen by the students. Plugged In provides a community for young artists looking for a sense of belonging, a safe place to express themselves and an ego free, competition free environment in which they can use their creative talents to help others.
