Help remove invasive plants that are taking over our native vegetation along the Charles. We'll focus on pulling Oriental bittersweet, a vine that strangles and kills the trees it wraps around, strip them of their leaves and berries, and twist them into artistic circles. These circles will later be attached to fencing at the UMASS Field Station, home of the Waltham Land Trust, Waltham Fields Community Farm, 4H, and the GROW Community Gardens, during Farm Day on October 5.
