Family Walk through Rock Meadow Conservation Area in Belmont

Families of all ages welcome for walk through this beautiful conservation land at this special time of day. As the sun is going down, many animals are settling in for the night, but others such as deer, raccoons, and owls are just waking up. Come learn some tips for finding these critters, and find out what the word "crepuscular" means! All the trails are flat, but please wear appropriate footwear for stepping over rocks and roots, and be sure to dress for the weather! This is a great activity for families and kids ages 6 and up.

Registration is strongly encouraged. To register, please email AMCOutdoorsRx@outdoors.org with number of participants and ages of kids.
