One in 3 Americans has high blood pressure. Checking your blood pressure every 2 years starting at age 18 is important for good heart health. High blood pressure has no signs or symptoms, the only way to know is to get tested. In support of American Heart Month, Doctors Express Waltham will be offering free blood pressure screenings every Sunday from 1pm to 6pm throughout February.
