Belmont Savings Bank Announces Free Children’s Concert

Belmont Savings Bank today announced that it will be hosting a free children’s concert featuring Karen K & the Jitterbugs on February 2 at the Waltham YMCA. The concert continues the bank’s ongoing effort of giving back to their local community and reaching out to the families of Waltham, Lexington, Belmont and Watertown.  The event will run from 3-4:30 pm and all are welcome to attend. 

As part of their Big Ol’ Truck Pre-release concert, there will be a meet and greet with Karen K and The Jitterbugs at 3 pm, followed by the concert at 3:30 pm.

This free concert, sponsored by Belmont Savings Bank, is ideal for kids up to age 5 and their parents. The Waltham YMCA is located at 725 Lexington Street in Waltham. 

Karen K & the Jitterbugs have been delighting audiences up and down the east coast with their original songs. Based originally in New York City and now Karen's new home in Arlington, Karen K & the Jitterbugs have been featured in New York Magazine’s Best of 2011 issue and were chosen as a Critic’s Pick in Time Out Kids and New York Magazine.
