Commonwealth Shakespeare Company's 6th Annual Gala: Streets of NYC 1985

Named one of "Boston's top events" by BizBash, CSC's Gala boasts the same level of creativity and professionalism as its theatrical productions on Boston Commonwealth Shakespeare Company. This is not your average fundraiser. While the Gala supports CSC's mission to make the magic of live theatre accessible to all, it is also one of the most fun events of the social season. This year, CSC brings Shakespeare to the streets as they transport guests to Avenue B for an evening of the art, music, and style that defined New York's downtown scene in the 1980s.

All proceeds will provide crucial support for CSC's free Shakespeare on the Common production of *Twelfth Night* this summer as well as its vital education programs throughout the year.

We expect more than 200 leaders from the Boston arts and business communities to join us for sumptuous food and drink, convivial company, innovative design, and exceptional performances in support of an arts organization that visibly gives back to the community.
