The has opened a brand new cardio center on Thursday, jan. 19, celebrating the grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The new cardio center space, which has doubled in size, will be home to brand new Cybex exercise equipment as well as a stretching area.
“We are pleased to give our members and the community a welcoming environment that encourages healthy lifestyles”, said Donny Bautz, Director of Membership Operations at the Waltham YMCA. “These renovations will make the Y more accessible to everyone and better serve the needs of the community.”

The Waltham YMCA is also undergoing renovations to expand the babysitting center, with completion expected in February.
