E-Commerce Customer Service Representative
Planetshoes.com is an e-commerce retailer based in Waltham. We are a lifestyle shoe retailer looking to fill an opening in our Multi-Channel Customer Care Center for a full time Customer Service Representative. The contact center hours are Monday through Friday 9AM-8PM.

Key Duties:

Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, returns, promotions and product information through the support channels of phones, chats and emails. Work collaboratively with other Customer Service Representatives, Warehouse Shipping, IT and Merchandising Teams daily acting as the voice of the customer.
Requirements:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to trouble shoot and resolve problems quickly, efficiently and creatively
Positive customer service mind set
- Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work well independently and collaborate with in house and virtual team
- Exceptional organizational, follow-up and time management skills
- Ability to drive own learning and be flexible to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience using Email ticketing, CRM and Order Processing ERP systems
- Familiar with using web based applications and web navigation
- Prior consumer goods, e-retail or retail experience a plus
- Affinity for shoes, fashion and environmentally conscious products
- 1-3 years prior full time customer service experience
