What Should Go Into Empty Waltham Storefront?

560 Moody St. is currently empty and is ripe for a new use.

While there are many restaurants in Waltham, occassionally they close for any number of reasons, as was the case with Gemelli Ristorante.

For this week's Visions For Vacancies, we are at its former 560 Moody St. location, which remains empty.

It's upper Moody Street location is accessible by bus, walking, bicycling or vehicle. On-street parking is available at metered spaces as well as side-street parking.

A prior real estate listing said the building is 2,200 square feet on a 2,300 square foot lot. It has two bathrooms and a full basement in addition to the restaurant space. Zoning regulaitons indicate it could be used as a retail store, tatto parlor or even a church, among other users, according to city regulations.

What would you like to see move into the space? Leave your thoughts and comments below.
