Waltham Restaurant Inspections: Grill Cleanings

The Waltham Health Department recently inspected many of the city's restaurants.

The Waltham Health Department recently inspected many of the city's restaurants. 

The reports are public record and if inspectors find issues, they follow up with future re-inspections to assure the issue is resolved. If the Board of Health finds repeated problems, it can call them for a hearing with the board.

Moe's Southwest Grill, 831 Main St.
: During a Nov. 18 inspection, inspectors ordered steel above a grill be cleaned. 

B + F Pizza, 227 Lake St.: During a Nov. 18 inspection, inspectors ordered a floor under a grill be cleaned. They also ordered a wall in a food preparation area be cleaned.

Pizzi Farm, 549 Lexington St.: No issues found during a Nov. 18 inspection.

Green Papaya, 475 Winter St.: No issues found during a Nov. 15 inspection. 

Copper House Tavern, 380 Winter St.: No issues found during a Nov. 15 inspection.

Sichuan's Garden, 411 Waverly Oaks Rd.: During a Nov. 15 inspections, officials ordered an ice maker be cleaned and place sneeze guards on sauce containers. 

Ristorante Marcellino, 9 Cooper St.: No issues found during a Nov. 15 inspection.

Mimi's Roast Beef, 3 Carter St.: During a Nov. 15 inspection, officials ordered the walk-in freezer floor be cleaned and for the hand-washing sink to be used only for hand washing. 

Ninety-Nine Restaurant, 110 South St.: No issues found during a Nov. 14 inspection.  

Cappy's Pizza, 559 South St.: No issues found during a Nov. 14 inspection.
