Waltham Restaurant Inspections: Bug Issues

The Waltham Health Department recently inspected several restaurants.

The Waltham Health Department recently inspected many of the city's restaurants. 

The reports are public record and if inspectors find issues, they follow up with future re-inspections to assure the issue is resolved. If the Board of Health finds repeated problems, it can call them for a hearing with the board.

-Dunkin Donuts, 591 Moody St.: No issues found during a Dec. 3 inspection.

-Lily's Kitchen, 54 River St.: Inspectors ordered the ceiling be cleaned of food during a Nov. 25 inspection. A Dec. 3 reinspection found no issues.

-Wendy's, 806 Main St.: A Nov. 26 inspection ordered a resealing of injector pumps. A Dec. 3 reinspection found no issues. 

-Taqueria Mexico, 24 Charles St.: A Nov. 18 inspection ordered the building be exterminated for cockroaches. They also ordered food waste be cleared from a floor. A Dec. 2 reinspection found no issues. 

-New Dragon Chef, 679 Moody St.: A Dec. 2 inspection ordered the repair of a loose ceiling tile over a grill and a wall repainted near a food prep area.
