Three Waltham dishes recently made Boston Magazine’s “Cheap Eats” list.

The magazine picked 26 “Cheap Eats” in the Boston area ($15 or less). The list will run in the magazine’s February edition.

The Waltham selections:

  • The pork roll breakfast sandwich at Moody’s Delicatessen & Provisions, which includes a bacon-sausage-maple syrup pork roll, an American cheese omelet and Tabasco-spiked ketchup, all on a buttered English muffin (it made the cover!). $5.50.
  • Kebabs, Indo-Chinese dishes and fried chicken at Waltham India Market.
  • The lengua (beef tongue) taco at Taqueria El Amigo. $2.

Have you tried any of these “Cheap Eats” in Waltham?

Still haven't been able to try the pork roll, but so far everything I've had from Moody Deli has been amazing!
