Starbucks Approved for Waltham
The approval marks the first time the city has allowed a Starbucks location.
The Waltham City Council on Monday approved a new Starbucks location for 1265 Main St.
The City Council unanimously approved the special permit for Starbucks to construct a new location with a drive-thru at 1265 Main St. (the Polaroid site). The approval comes more than a year after the location was first proposed.
There is no word on when the location will open, but construction at the site is progressing.
