A new TD Bank has been approved for 1265 Main St.
The Waltham City Council, during its Nov. 25 meeting, unanimously approved the special permit for a new TD Bank at the site (informally known as the Polaroid site). The approval also allows for a drive-thru window.
There is no word on when it will be built, but construction is progressing at the site.
The approval came on the same night the Council approved Waltham's first Starbucks location.
