More Waltham Restaurant Inspection Reports

The Waltham Health Department recently inspected several restaurants.

The Waltham Health Department recently conducted a round of restaurant inspections. The reports are public record and if inspectors find issues, they follow up with future re-inspections to assure the issue is resolved. If the Board of Health finds repeated problems, it can call them for a hearing with the board.

-Tom Can Cook, 374 Moody St.: An Oct. 24 inspection found broken floor tiles under a fryolator, a broken door handle on the door of the basement and the need to replace an ice maker and refrigerator that was not being used. An Oct. 31 inspection listed the issues as being resolved. 

Heidi's, 723 Moody St.: No issues found during an Oct. 24 inspection.

Biagio Ristorante & Bar, 123 Moody St.: No issues found during an Oct. 24 inspection.

Solea Restaurant, 388 Moody St.: An Oct. 24 inspection found fruit flies in the basement and dirty stainless steel over a grill area. The issues had been resolved by the Oct. 31 reinspection.
