The Wave Sports Pub that has been a Waverley Oaks Road fixture for three decades has closed its doors.
The large establishment was known for its billiard tables and karaoke. The Wave Sports Pub’s website includes the message:
“After 30 years in business the Wave Sports Pub has made the decision to close its doors for good effective Tuesday September 3rd, 2013. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our staff for their hard work and effort over the years. We would also like to thank our local customers for the wonderful memories you have brought us. It’s been a pleasure working with so many talented individuals and we have been proud to serve you.”
