Traffic. I drive Main and Moody everyday to and from work. I think a solution could be make Moody one way from Main until Railroad tracks. Also make the other street parallel to Moody , on other side of City Hall one way towards Main street. I don't think the lights sync very well either. Just my thought as I am stuck there 4 times a week.
