Traffic Impact Study

As a long-time resident of the area, I noticed that traffic on upper Main Street is already increased noticeably and the Market Basket Plaza isn't even open yet. Has the city developed a plan to deal with it on a busy Saturday or before a holiday? It will be gridlock from both 128 and downtown Waltham.
