Register for Free ESL Classes for All Levels

Experienced teachers offer free ESL classes, February 2 through May 18, at Hope International Church in Waltham.

Registration for ESL (English as a Second Language) classes for all levels, beginner to advanced, will be held on Sunday, February 2 at Hope International Church, (www.hopeic.org), 21 Bruce Road, Waltham, MA. All students should arrive at 11:30 am on to register and meet their teacher. New students will be given placement tests.

Classes will run every Sunday, 11:45 am-1:00 pm, through May 18. There is no charge for instruction, but there is a cost of $90 for the books, due at the time of registration.

To register in advance, students may complete the registration form on the Hope International Church website (http://www.hopeic.org/threshold.asp) or call the church at 781-891-5238.

 

Led by experienced teachers, Hope International Church has been providing ESL classes for 25 years. Students learn vocabulary, grammar, and idioms and have opportunities to practice conversation and participate in a variety of cultural events. Hope International Church holds ESL classes year-round, with an intensive summer program.

 

Hope International Church is one block from Route 20, across from Gore Place, on the Watertown line. The church is accessible by the No. 70 bus line.

 

Hope International Church, an evangelical church, draws visitors from many MetroWest communities, including Allston, Arlington, Belmont, Boston, Brighton, Brookline, Cambridge, Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, Newton, Waltham, Watertown, Wayland, Weston and Winchester and area colleges and universities (Brandeis, Bentley, Harvard, and MIT).
