Looking for a Special Way to Celebrate Easter/Passover/Spring? Sound Healing This Evening in Natick

SOUND HEALING AT ROOTS AND WINGS THIS EVENING, 5-7:00PM! Please join us at Roots and Wings this Sunday evening as we celebrate vernal holidays, the return to life, and the practice of letting go the old and embracing the new through the powerful medium of sound healing. Participants are bathed in exquisite sound and tone, including chant, the shruti box, the didgeridoo, the gong, and over 20 singing bowls. A deeply therapeutic and profoundly relaxing experience. Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows provided. $25 at the door, email joeyghayes@comcast.net to register. We've moved the time forward one hour, (5-7:00pm instead of our usual 4-6:00pm) so bring the family after dinner or the hike in the woods. Come join us and put a spring in not only your step, but your heart and spirit as well!

Everyone has a vibration that is a signature of their health and well-being. Similar to a musical instrument that can fall out of tune through use, our bodies can also fall out of vibrational harmony and potentially develop illness. Stress and negativity create blockages of a healthy flow of energy, showing up in the energy field around our body as lower energy disturbances at first, and later as illness in our physical body. Sound and vibration can be used to re-tune and return us to health and one of the most powerful modalities for this is the use of singing bowls. When there is a deep relaxation through soothing, resonant sound, the body is affected on a cellular level, opening up the flow of energy to move us back toward health..."
