Hit&Run by silver YARIS, please help

Hit and Run, please help! A 2012 or 2013 Toyota YARIS (Silver color) sideswiped my parked car at 2:40 am on March 4 (heard the crash). I know it has been a while but I'm still hopeful, as the damage to my car is a lot of money. I assume this person lives around Waltham, because who else is here at 2:40 am, really? 

I know it is a 2012/13 YARIS because it left behind the wheel cover, which is quite unique, and also the outside of its silver passenger side mirror. The YARIS would have passenger side damage; at a minimum, one missing wheel cover and a damaged passenger side mirror. Likely more, including some blue paint from where it scratched all 4 panels of my blue car.
