The Appalachian Mountain Club will host a holiday hike in Waltham on Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Robert Treat Pain Estate.
"We will get some exercise and fresh air as we enjoy the plants and animals that call this place home. After the hike, we'll take time to walk around the outside of the historic Paine Estate," the announcement reads.
