Come and get help on your weight loss journey from your local team at Weight Watchers. We have a wonderfully successful group that's committed to their health and wellness as well as reducing their weight.
Leader - Nina has lost over 100 pounds. She brings years of experience to each meeting. Nina says "I carry inspiration in stock!"
Come to the meeting to:
- get materials on topics like making healthy food choices, eating out, or being active. You'll also get exclusive access to Weight Watchers products like cookbooks, snacks, fitness videos and more.
- meet your leader & team; they're there for you; they've lost weight with Weight Watchers, so their advice could really help you.
- sit and listen, you don't have to talk in the meeting if you don't want to, but if you ever have questions about topics not covered in your Getting Started session, don't be afraid to ask.

More About Elks Lodge No. 953
The Waltham Elks Lodge is a nonprofit organization and function hall (available for rent to the general public). It's open to new members. The Elks (officially called the Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks) is a fraternal club established in 1868 with more than 2,000 lodges in the U.S., including Waltham. The main entrance to the lodge is in the rear of the building. Inquire within or call regarding membership.
