This year&rsquo\;s State Convention will be he ld on Saturday\, June 1\, 2013\, at the Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell. Delegates to the 2013 Massachusetts Democratic Party Platform Convention will debate and adopt a new party platform. Starting this year\, the Ma ssachusetts Democratic Party will also hold a Youth Convention for high school organizers.\nThe caucuses are open to all registered Democrats in Waltham\, and the Waltham Democratic City Committee warmly welcomes par ticipants. Delegates will be divided equally between men and women\, and all ballots will be written and secret.
