DESCRIPTION:When the multinational cast of Up with People takes the stage
  at Concord Carlisle Regional High School in Concord on Friday\, Septemb
 er 14th at 7:30 pm and on Sunday\, September 16th at 2:00 and 6:00pm\, a
 udience members will find something for virtually every musical taste an
 d interest.\n\nLong before American Idol began discovering and refining 
 new talent or High School Musical tapped into the exuberance of young en
 semble casts\, Up with People pioneered these attributes while touring t
 he world with their optimistic message of global cooperation and goodwil
 l.\n\nUp with People’s all-new production is entitled “Voices” whi
 ch features the energy and talent of a cast and staff of 100 representin
 g 20 countries.   The live two-hour performance includes both original a
 nd popular music and is a dynamic blend of feature soloists\, full cast 
 production numbers\, fast-moving choreography and colorful costumes. \n\
 nVoices is themed around the power and the irony of communication in tod
 ay’s global climate. From the freedom and connection given to the dise
 nfranchised by social media\, to the prospect of an electronic smile rep
 lacing a real one\; and emerging through it all: the voices of a generat
 ion committed to justice and human dignity. By the end of the show\, aud
 iences will feel empowered to connect\, communicate\, and create positiv
 e change in their communities. They will have a new perspective on human
 kind\, and will be inspired to !rise above the noises\, and listen to th
 e voices of the world! \n\nThe old standards are still there: the show f
 eatures medleys of popular music representing “voices” of the radio\
 , video and digital generations\; as well as a medley of international m
 usic from Asia\, the Americas\, Europe and Africa. Woven throughout the 
 show are original Up with People songs tying the theme of the show toget
 her\, and showcasing the hope personified by the international cast of 1
 00 performing together.\n\n In addition to Concord\, Cast B 2012’s fal
 l tour will include 20 cities in the U.S.\, Taiwan\, the Philippines and
  Mexico. In addition to four Super Bowl halftime shows\, casts have rece
 ntly appeared at the 2007 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and during th
 e opening celebration of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses’ Rose Parade
  in 2008 and 2011\, which was estimated to have been seen by a televisio
 n audience of more than 50 million.\n\nTickets are $ 20 in advance for a
