WSEPAC (Waltham Special Education Parent Advisory Council) presents Pat Pakos, from the ARC of Massachusetts as she speaks about Transitions for students with disabilities. She will be educating us on the process of tranisitioning and how to create an effective plan. This is such an important topic for all parents, students and educators and we encourage all to attend. Let us give our future leaders the tools they need to succeed.
