Temple Shir Tikva invites members and non-members alike to an evening of high-energy music with Rick Recht and Craig Parks, two of today’s top-touring artists on the contemporary American Jewish music scene. Together these dynamic artists are inspiring a new generation to celebrate Jewish heritage, ethics and identity through music. This inter-generational experience of music and spirit will feature Recht's unique blend of rock, folk, and pop infused with Hebrew, Jewish texts, and themes of “Tikkun Olam” -- healing the world. The concert will culminate the first-ever Boston Regional Song Leader Boot Camp (a separate event for area song leaders to be held at the Temple on February 9-10) and will feature stars of the Boot Camp as well as the Temple’s youth choir. The public is warmly invited.
