Our Lady of Help Church is a Catholic parish that offers public services and serves as a house of prayer for its parishioners. The liturgy here is described as being contemporary while still being rooted in tradition. There is an adult and children's choir and support groups include the men's support group, women's support group, gay and lesbian support group and the divorce and separation support group. Youth programs are also offered here. Daily mass is held during the week at 7am and 9am. Saturday evening mass is held at 4pm. Sunday mass times are 8am, 10am and 6pm.
