 \;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; This day will begin by exploring Attachme
 nt Theory and understanding the impact that is active in our lives. When
  we attune to others we allow our own internal state of shift\, to come 
 to resonate with the inner world of another. Attuned Attachment is an em
 otional bond to another person (Bowlby\, &rsquo\;69). Attachments are a 
 &ldquo\;lasting psychological connectedness between human beings&rdquo\;
 . Another important implication of attachment research is that it&rsquo\
 ;s possible to develop a secure state of mind as an adult\, even in the 
 face of a difficult childhood. Remember\, as adults that you may have so
 me difficult memories of your own. One of the characteristics is avoidan
 t attachment which is seen in adults who have difficulty with intimacy &
 amp\; close relationships. This day will assist thru music\, teaching\, 
 scripture\, visual imagery\, reflections\, sharing\, handouts\, experien
 tial exercise as a calling to begin to fashion the &ldquo\;you&rdquo\; t
 hat God has called forth.
