On Thursday June 21, Meadow Green Rehabilitation and Nursing Center celebrated their 25th Anniversary. Located at 45 Woburn St., Waltham MA, Mayor Jeannette McCarthy attended the evening festivities by congratulating owner and president Anthony Franchi. Mayor MCCarthy presented Mr. Franchi an official city proclamation in recognition of the 25th anniversary, and providing exceptional care to seniors in the Waltham community. She commended David Bell Administrator for 23 years, and all employees of the facility for their wonderful efforts that have given Meadow Green Rehabilitation and Nursing Center the status it is today. The facility is deficiency free, given by the MA Department of Public Health. It also boasts a Five Star Rating that is determined by CMS. Meadow Green Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is also the recipient of the American Health Care Association Bronze Quality Award. Meadow Green is a short and long -term facility that serves seniors in the Waltham community and Boston area.
