This week's Visions for Vacancies brings us to 891 Main St. in downtown Waltham. The storefront, which is next to Lena's sub shop, is empty and is looking for a new tenant. While there are many restaurants in Waltham, occassionally they close for any number of reasons, as was the case with Gemelli Ristorante. For this week's Visions For Vacancies, we are at its former 560 Moody St. location, which remains empty. It's upper Moody Street location is accessible by bus, walking, bicycling or vehicle. Welcome back to our second edition of Visions for Vacancies. This week we are at 565-567 Moody St, which currently underwent renovations. Previously, Compustar occupied the space, but moved next door as part of the renovations, according to local realtor Kenneth Brown, whose family trust owns the building.
