On July 4th, while you and your family are celebrating Independence Day, my family will be celebrating my father’s 70th birthday.  

Due to the upcoming Primary on Sept. 6,  I will be campaigning and will miss my family’s events on Cape Cod. On Wednesday, I will travel the 3rd Middlesex District to meet with voters and spread my message of balancing political power on Beacon Hill.

Challenging Beacon Hill’s one-party rule and fighting for an accountable political system that respects our independence, pragmatism and fiscal responsibility, is a perfect way to celebrate the spirit of Independence Day.

• 2:30  to 4 p.m. Weston Center
• 5:30 to 8 p.m.  Waltham Fireworks, Leary Field
