Wings Eatery Planning Move to Waltham Again

Wings Over's previous proposal for a Waltham location failed.

Wings Over, whose prior attempt to open a location in Waltham failed, is planning to open a new spot on Moody Street, according to city officials.

Wings Over, a regional chain, is planning to buy the existing Wings Express location at 464 Moody St. and open its own Wings Over eatery, according to City Councillor Robert Logan and License Commission administrative assistant Darlene Wansiewicz.

Wings Over has applied for a common victualler license to serve food for the Moody Street location, Wansiewicz said. A public hearing for the request has been scheduled for 7 p.m. on April 23 at the Arthur J. Clark Government Center at 119 School St.
