When Will The Boston Bruins Season Start?

The Boston Bruins will play their first the TD Garden in Boston.

 

The Boston Bruins will begin their truncated season on Jan. 19 against the New York Rangers at the TD Garden rink in Boston, according to the Boston Globe. 

The game, which will like begin at 7 p.m. marks the start of what will be a 48-game season after the National Hockey League Player's Association recently reached an agreement with league owners. On Jan. 6, the NHLPA reached an agreement with owners to end the 113-day lockout, according to the Globe.

Resuming the season puts Keith Aucoin, a Waltham native who plays for the Toronto Maple Leafs,  back on the ice.
