With the construction of a new office/retail building continuing at the intersection of Trapelo Road and Lexington Street, you may be wondering what will eventually fill it.

Let's go with a sit down Chinese restaurant, a sit down Starbucks, and an H&R Block between them. We have none of them in North Waltham at present.

The big issue will be traffic coming south on Lexington Street and east on Trapelo Road. City Council has never solved that problem, so I don't expect that they will solve it now.
