Really, Michelle. How many times in his prior convictions was he innocent? He is a REPEAT, convicted sex offender preying on children! While he is presumed innocent until proven guilty, it does not look good for him.

It may just be me but when a person commits rape, and I don't care what the age or sex, it seems a mandatory stretch of jail time is in order. I don't get bail or probation for people who commit violent acts. When I think on it, it seems people have lost their sense of shame and embarrassment for one thing, and for another, the sense that retribution will be swift, sure, and harsh just isn't on top of some people's minds.

I know him and he is definitely not innocent... I know first hand the monster that he is! What he did has ruined several lives and that can't be changed. He acts like nothing ever happened yet he was convicted.. He can't keep hiding be hind his lies and no amount of alcohol that he drinks can cover up what he did. He needed to serve more than a year and a half for these horific sex offenses!
