Waltham's Arrest Logs, July 5: Charges for Counterfeit Money
The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Thursday, July 5
Michael Nelson, 26, of 5106 Stearns Hill Rd., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense) and speeding in violation of a special regulation.
Bienviendo Castillo, 42, of Boston, arrested and charged with uttering a counterfeit note, furnishing a false name upon arrest and check forgery. He also faces many warrant charges for larceny by check, breaking and entering and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
