UPDATED with info from the DA's office: The hearing scheduled for Sept. 14 has been moved to Sept. 25 at 9 a.m. at Concord District Court.

Waltham Police Chief Thomas LaCroix is heading back to Concord District Court on Friday, Sept. 14 for a pre-trial hearing, according to the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office.

LaCroix is facing serious charges allegedly attacking is wife and her friend in June. He is currently on leave from the police department.
