Waltham Police Chief Thomas LaCroix is scheduled to return to Concord District Court on Sept. 25 for a pre-trial hearing, according to the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office.
LaCroix is facing serious charges for allegedly attcking his wife and her friend in June. He is curently on administrative leave from the police department.
