SUDBURY -- The Sudbury Police Department arrested a Waltham man on Monday, Sept. 3 after officers responded to Boston Post Road after receiving a call about an erratic driver.

Jairo Paiz Campos, 33, of 1 Willard St., in Waltham was located and pulled over. After responding officers completed an investigation, he was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.

He was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Sept. 4. Campos' passenger was placed in protective custody.
