A Waltham man is faching DUI charges for a Friday, July 20 incident in Sudbury.
At 12:07 a.m., Sudbury Police stopped Thomas P. geary, 28 of 55 Briarwood Rd., Waltham, on Boston Post Road.
After the responding officer completed an investigation, Geary was arrested and charged with operating under influence (second offense) and a marked lanes violation.
