A Waltham man is facing DUI charges in Acton after police stopped his car.
Roger Charles Lydon, 48, of 204 Ridge Lane, Apt. 5. was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 3 and charged with:
- Operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license for OUI
- Operating to endanger
- Failure to use care at a start/stop/turn/back
- Operation without ignition interlock.
