Waltham Man Arrested For House Break-In In Newton
Suspect caught after report of breaking and entering in progess.
NEWTON -- A Waltham man was arrested on Sunday, Feb. 5 after police responded to Bridge Street for reports of a breaking and entering in progress, reports said.
David J. Florio, 37, of 19 Gardner St., was arrested for breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony. He was later charged with violating an abuse prevention order, police said.
