Waltham Arrest Logs, July 9 - 12: Trespassing, Drug Arrests

Monday, July 9
Edward Fenochietti, 21, of 77 Chesnut St., arrested and charged with larceny under $250, breaking and entering into a vehicle or boat during nighttime, causing malicious damage to a motor vehicle, misdemeanor breaking and entering into a building or motor vehicle, disordelry conduct and nighttime breaking and entering into a boat or vehicle.
Tuesday, July 10
Amanda Reyes, 20, of 62 Middlesex Rd., arrested and charged with larceny over $250.
Jose Andrades, 19, of Allston, arrested and charged with assault nad battery with a dangerous weapon and a warrant charge for shoplifting by asportation.
Michael Wolfenden, 53, of 44 Bolton St., arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and not having a vehicle inspection sticker.
Matthew Nutile, 19, of 109 Cushing St., arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.
Jose Contreras-Garcia, 22, of 89 Adams St., arrested and charged with trespassing.
Alexander Vallejos, 22, of 45 Spring St., arrested and charged with trespassing.
Wednesday, July 11
Robert Jackson, 20, of 58 Charles St., arrested and charged with a motor vehicle lights violation and unlicensed operaiton of a motor vehicle.
Mamed Mollayev, 38, of 181 Lexington St., arrested and charged with reckless endangerment of a child and disorderly conduct.
Valeri Dimitrov, 19, of Newton, arrested on warrant charges for posession of alcohol under 21.
Derek Sevieri, 31, of 29 Orange St., arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and posession of a class A drug (subsequent offense).
Charley Taing, 21, of Lowell, arrested and charged with assault and assault nad battry. He also faces warrant charges for a drug violation near a school, receiving stolen property over $250, posession of drugs with intent to distribute and posession of a firearm without a firearm ID card.
