Waltham Arrest Logs, Jan. 5 - 7: DUI, Assault Arrests
The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Saturday, Jan. 5
Melissa Georgoudis, 21, of 33 Francis St., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense), speeding, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failing to keep right for oncoming traffic.
Michael Difilippo, 27, of 520 Main St., arrested and charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
Sunday, Jan. 6
Faustino Gonzalez, 37, of 18 Norumbega Terrace, arrested and charged with assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon.
Monday, Jan. 7
Timothy Powers, 41, of Uxbridge, arrested on warrant charges for a marked lanes violation, speeding, failing to stop for police, failing to stop or yield, causing malicious damage to a motor vehicle and 19 counts of violating an abuse prevention order.
