Waltham Arrest Logs, April 21 - 24: Arrests For Daytime Break-Ins

Saturday, April 21
Marcos Sandler, 21, of 29 Highland St., arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license.
David Thomas, 30, of 85 Black Bear Drive, arrested on warrant charges for destruction of property less than $250 and threatening to committee a crime.

Joseph Nutile, 23, of 25 Pond St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
James LaPorte, 47, of 794 Moody St., arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Michael Hyppolite, 30, of 55 Parkview Rd., arrested on a warrant charge for larceny over $250.
Michael Hamalainen, 26, of 3 Brown St., arrested and charged with breaking and entering into a vehicle (day time), receiving stolen property less than $250 and larceny over $250.
Richard Poirier, 30, of Hyannis, arrested and charged with breaking and entering into a vehicle (day time), receiving stolen property less than $250 and larceny over $250.
David Makumbi, 43, of 107 Ridge Ln., arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and failing to stop for a sign.
