Waltham Arrest Log, Oct. 16 - 19: Assault Arrests

The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

Tuesday, Oct. 16

Edward Ake, 39, of 140 Lyman St., arrested and charged with witness intimidation, assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. 

Wednesday, Oct. 17

John Kenney, 18, of 99 Bacon St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Thursday, Oct. 18

Guillermo Torres, 32, of Boston, arrested and charged with attempting to commit a crime, a motor vehicle brakes violation, shoplifting by asportation, not having a vehicle inspection sticker and warrant charges for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failing to stop or yield. 

Daniel Abram, 20, of Barrington, arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Friday, Oct. 19

Israel Tiu, 27, of 139 Adams St., arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, having an unregistered vehicle, having and uninsured vehicle and concealing a license plate.
