Waltham Arrest Log, Nov. 28 - 30: DUI Arrest

The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

Wednesday, Nov. 28

Walter Rivera, 34, of Chelsea, arrested and charged with a marked lanes violation, driving with a suspended license and for warrant charges of allowing improper operation of a motor vehicle and driving an uninsured motor vehicle.

Thursday, Nov. 29

Michael Gekht, 22, of 22 Middlesex Circle, arrested and charged with failure to stop for police, posession of a class E substance, speeding, use of a vehicle without permission and driving with a suspended license.

Friday, Nov. 30

Christopher Kirby, 30, of 67 Robbins St., arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. 

Phillipe Almeida, 20, of 38 Dermody Rd., arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Derek Disciscio, 38, of Billerica, arrested on warrant charges for two counts of breaking and entering into a building or motor vehicle (misdeamenor), three counts of defacing property, two counts of larceny from a building and posession of a burglarious instrument. 

Jeffrey Priest, 33, of 9 Albremarle Rd., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense), driving under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and starting, backing, stopping.
