Waltham Arrest Log, July 28 - 30: Drug, Car Arrests

The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

Saturday, July 28

  • Terrance O'Donnell, 37, of 233 Charles St., arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
  • Jacobo Campos, 28, of 140 Willow St., arrested and charged with assault and battery and disturbing the peace.
  • David Charles, 30, of 70 Rich St., arrested and charged with witness intimidation, assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon.

Sunday, July 29

  • Robert Sabatino, 19, of 179 Propsect Hill Rd., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense), leaving the scene of property damage and posession of a class B drug.

Monday, July 30

  • Michael LaPierre, 20, of 24 Lawrence St., arrested and charged with two counts of posession of a class B drug.
  • Frederick Lynch, 17, of 39 Cedar St., arrested and charged with driving an uninsured motor vehicle, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and a number plate violation.
  • Alec Forte, 18, of Brighton, arrested and charged with driving an uninsured motor vehicle, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with a suspended license, receiving stolen property under $250 and a number plate violation.
  • Margaret Matos, 38, of 58 Oak St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
